A few taps are enough to obtain all the tax documents you need, including the daily closing and the electronic sending of the fees and invoices in XML format. Furthermore, you can read and print the cash journal over a given period of time, easily consult the list of all the commercial documents you have issued and quickly manage cash movements with free reason.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT AND DISCOUNTS

Satisfy even the most demanding customers with a few simple touches thanks to the possibility of dividing the bill "alla Romana" and issuing separate bills with the selection of the items to be paid. You can create and keep up to 50 over-the-counter accounts, recalling or canceling them in a simple and intuitive way. Wycash also allows you to quickly and safely manage all the discounts you want to associate with a specific item.

COMMAND MANAGEMENT ON FIXED AND PDA

Wycash simplifies the management of orders as much as possible, which can be taken both from a fixed location and from a palmtop. You can manage the orders with maximum flexibility, even moving them to the table after having taken them from the counter, and postpone the turns of the dishes as needed. The connected handhelds can send the request to print the bill or the pre-bill and communicate with the cash desk via text messages.

ROOMS AND TABLES MANAGEMENT

Use the quick functions to split, merge, move or clear tables in just a few taps. There are no limits to the rooms and tables that you can configure (*), and you can associate a price list or cover charge to each room. You can check the status of the tables at a glance thanks to the color distinction, get detailed information and a summary of the occupied ones. Optimize the service with the "Automatically advance shift" function which allows you to advance the order shift with a click without having to access the table from the POS or PDA. COUNTER SERVICE MANAGEMENT

Thanks to the "Ticket" function, your service at the counter will also be even more efficient. In fact, Wycash allows you to associate a progressive number to the pre-payment, or directly to the receipt, which will be communicated to the production center, allowing you to better organize your service at the counter, even in times of greatest crowding.

DELIVERY AND TAKE AWAY ORDER MANAGEMENT

With Wydelivery you offer your customers the opportunity to order your dishes with a simple app and receive them comfortably at home or choose to collect them at your restaurant. Your data is always safe thanks to the automatic database backup that takes place every hour.
